I fully support the Second Amendment to the US Constitution and the right of all law-abiding citizens to own the weapon of their choice.
I am calling for only one change to Missouri’s firearms laws. I do not believe that a citizen’s rights end when he or she leaves for work in the morning. Citizens of Missouri should be able to keep a firearm in a locked vehicle in the parking lot of their workplace, regardless of company policy. This already works in the case of public employees, and it should extend to those citizens who work for private companies as well.
I do not want this at the Federal level, as I do not want to impose my views on the rest of the country as they should not impose their views on Missouri.
