We should require providers to list prices of the services they provide. This would allow consumers to make an educated decision about which procedures to purchase and where to purchase them. As with every other industry, more choices and more information will always benefit the consumer as we make educated decisions about our healthcare.
I support conducting a study to find out how we can innovate the medical system while at the same time ensuring that the health of our citizens remains a top priority.
As far as Obamacare, I support repealing it. We can discuss any necessary reforms that help our citizens gain coverage, but the only thing Obamacare did is over-complicate our medical systems and create an administrative nightmare for providers. They should not have to spend more time filling out unnecessary paperwork than seeing patients.
